To cancel your Premium subscription:

1. Open iPhone Settings
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Select Friendz
5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

Creating custom characters requires Premium:

1. Upgrade to Premium if you haven't already
2. Go to the "My Characters" tab
3. Tap the "+" button
4. Choose a name, avatar, and personality
5. Describe your character's traits and interests
6. Save and start chatting!

Yes! Your privacy is important to us:
• Chat history is stored locally on your device only
• We don't store your conversations on our servers
• Messages are processed through OpenAI API for AI responses
• We implement content filtering for safety
• You can delete chat history anytime

Free users have a 10 messages per day limit. You have 3 options:

1. Wait 24 hours - Your limit resets daily
2. Upgrade to Premium - Get unlimited messages
3. Wait 5 minutes - If you hit the spam cooldown, wait 5 minutes

Premium users get unlimited messages with no daily limits!

We implement content filtering to maintain a safe environment:
• Profanity and offensive language
• Explicit content requests
• Violent or harmful content
• Personal information requests

Please keep conversations respectful. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

To delete chat history:

1. Open a conversation
2. Tap the character name at the top
3. Select "Clear Chat History"
4. Confirm deletion

Or uninstall the app to remove all data.

Try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Restart the app - Close and reopen
2. Update the app - Check App Store for updates
3. Restart your phone
4. Reinstall the app - Delete and reinstall (note: this will delete chat history)

Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by us directly:

1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Sign in with your Apple ID
3. Find your Friendz purchase
4. Select "Report a Problem"
5. Choose your reason and submit

Apple will review your request and respond within a few days.

Currently, Friendz is only available on iOS (iPhone and iPad). We're working on an Android version and will announce it when ready!
