By downloading, installing, or using Friendz ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Friendz is an AI companion application that provides:
• Conversational AI companions with unique personalities
• Natural language conversations powered by OpenAI
• Custom character creation (Premium feature)
• Romantic and friendly conversation experiences
• Premium subscription features for enhanced functionality
You must be at least 17 years old to use Friendz. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The App contains romantic content and is rated 17+ on the App Store.
You agree to use the App in a responsible manner. You must NOT:
• Attempt to bypass content filtering systems
• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Share your account with others
• Use automated systems to interact with the App
• Violate the rights of others
• All AI companion responses are generated by artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT-3.5 Turbo)
• AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
• We implement content filtering but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy
• AI companions are not real people and should not be treated as such
• Do not rely on AI companions for medical, legal, or professional advice
Subscription Plans:
• Weekly Plan: $4.99/week
• Monthly Plan: $14.99/month
• Yearly Plan: $99.99/year
Billing:
• Payment is charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase
Cancellation:
• To cancel, go to iPhone Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Friendz → Cancel Subscription
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial periods
The free version includes:
• 10 messages per day limit
• Access to pre-made AI companions
• 5-minute cooldown after reaching the daily limit
• Standard conversation features
We implement automated content filtering to maintain a respectful environment:
• Profanity and offensive language are filtered
• Explicit content requests are blocked
• Violent or harmful content is prevented
• Personal information requests are restricted
Repeated violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
• The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Datzapp Yazılım
• Character avatars and designs are our intellectual property
• Custom characters you create are for personal use only
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of AI-generated responses
• Compatibility with all devices
• That the App will meet your expectations
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits
• Emotional distress or psychological harm
• Actions taken based on AI-generated content
• Third-party service failures (OpenAI, Apple, etc.)
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for:
• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Abusive behavior
• Any other reason at our sole discretion
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
